The exercise of rights is free of charge. However, in the case of manifestly unfounded or excessive requests, particularly due to their repetitive nature, Delphi Alchemy reserves the right to impose a reasonable fee or refuse to act on the request, in accordance with the GDPR.
If the user considers that their rights are being violated, they may lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (HDPA).
Delphi Alchemy collects only the data strictly necessary for the fulfilment of its contractual and legal obligations and processing is always carried out in accordance with applicable legislation.

RETURNS & WITHDRAWAL POLICY
- General
This Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through the online store delphialchemy.com.
Its purpose is to clearly inform customers about the terms for returning products and exercising the right of withdrawal, in accordance with applicable Greek and European legislation on distance selling.
This Policy applies to all orders regardless of the country of shipment. For customers outside the European Union, the Policy applies as a store policy in accordance with these terms.
- Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, without the need to provide justification.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform the business by means of a clear statement (e.g. via email at info@delphialchemy.com).
- Return Procedure
For the return of a product, the customer must:
- Contact the business via email before shipping.
- Send the product to the address that will be communicated to them.
- Include the proof of purchase.
The return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or has been sent incorrectly.

- Refusal of Delivery / Unclaimed Orders

- Exceptions from the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
- Products which have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
(e.g. essential oils, herbs, products that come into direct contact with the contents) - Products that have been manufactured or adapted according to the customer’s specifications or are clearly personalised.
- Products which are liable to deteriorate or have a limited shelf life.
- Defective or Incorrect Products
In the event that the customer receives a product that is defective or different from the one ordered, they must inform the business within a reasonable period of time from receipt.
In such cases:
- the return is made at no cost to the customer
• a replacement or refund is offered
- Refunds
Refunds are processed within up to 14 days from the receipt and inspection of the returned product or from the proof of shipment of the return.
The refund is made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
